1. About Our Merchandise

All Horror Movies is operated by Frame Tech UK Ltd.

Our merchandise is produced and fulfilled using Printful. Products may be produced after an order is placed rather than being held as pre-produced stock.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

2. Changing Your Mind

If you are a UK consumer purchasing eligible goods online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after you receive the goods.

If an order contains multiple eligible items delivered separately, the cancellation period may run from receipt of the last relevant item where applicable under consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel, email editor@allhorrormovies.com before the cancellation period expires and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.

3. Returning a Cancelled Order

After telling us that you are cancelling an eligible order, you should return the goods within 14 days.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Because our merchandise is fulfilled by a third-party production network, the correct return destination may not be the same for every order.

Do not return merchandise to an address found online or to a payment provider without first receiving return instructions from us.

4. Return Costs

Where you cancel because you have simply changed your mind, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where the law permits this and you were informed accordingly.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, different rules may apply and we will handle the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.

5. Refunds After Cancellation

Where you validly cancel an eligible order, we will provide the refund required by applicable consumer law.

This will normally include the price paid for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered, where the law requires the original standard delivery charge to be refunded.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option where applicable.

6. When Refunds Are Made

Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within the period required by applicable law.

For returned goods, we may be entitled to wait until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, before issuing the refund.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed where permitted.

7. Looking After Returned Goods

You may inspect merchandise in a way that would reasonably be possible when examining an item in a shop.

We may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of returned goods has been reduced because they were handled beyond what was reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

8. Personalised or Custom-Made Goods

Different cancellation rules may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

We will not treat an ordinary All Horror Movies product as personalised merely because it is produced after an order is placed.

If we offer a genuinely personalised product in the future, any relevant cancellation restriction will be made clear before you place the order.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If merchandise arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Email editor@allhorrormovies.com with your order information and a description of the problem.

Photographs of the item and packaging may help us investigate a production or delivery problem quickly.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and the circumstances of the order.

10. Incorrect Size or Variant

Please check the product, size, colour and other options carefully before completing checkout.

If you ordered the wrong size or variant, your normal cancellation rights for eligible online purchases are not removed simply because the product was produced after you placed the order.

11. Orders Already in Production

Merchandise orders can move into production quickly. If you contact us before dispatch, we will check whether the order can still be changed or stopped.

We cannot guarantee that production can be stopped once fulfilment has begun. This does not remove any cancellation or other statutory consumer rights that apply after delivery.

12. Delivery Problems

If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact us and we will investigate the shipment.

Please make sure the delivery address supplied during checkout is complete and accurate.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us so we can determine the available options.

13. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace rights you have under applicable consumer law.

In the UK, consumer goods must meet statutory requirements including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Rights relating to faulty goods are separate from the right to cancel an eligible online purchase because you have changed your mind.
