he residents of Thorsby Alabama are discovering that it's a matter of life and death as hordes of the undead have risen from their graves, flying saucers are abducting the residents, and Chuck has to deal with people renting all of his zombie movies at his video store, so they can find out how to survive the zombie apocalypse.
It's just another day at Chuck's video store with crazy customers calling in requesting zombie movies, which leads him into an argument as to whether or not The Evil Dead is a zombie movie. Soon, Chuck is attacked by a zombie, whom he thinks is just a homeless guy. He knocks the zombie in the head with a VCR with Night of the Living Dead inside, and drags the corpse to the police station. Afterwards, he leaves the corpse at the station and goes to get some breakfast, where he has to enlighten the cashier that Coke is better than Pepsi. Eventually, Chuck finds himself trapped with other Thorsby residents as legions of the undead are surrounding the town.
