The third chapter in Romero's "Dead" trilogy continues with a group of people trapped in a cave with the Dead trying to break in. Inside there are army officers and scientists. The army officers want to keep control in the cave while one of the doctors has figured out how to control a zombie and teach it things and proves to them that the zombies are capable of co-existing with the humans. This leads up to the big zombie finale.
This one has its moments. I would rank this one up there with Night of the Living Dead. In this one I thought that the zombies looked much better and more realistic then the ones in Dawn of the Dead. This was a great way to end the trilogy. Though most of the film was basically arguments between teh scientists and the army officers. In this one we see a zombie co-existing with the humans. It is being taught by Dr. Logan and it has grown to like the doctor. Dr. Logan teaches him things like turning off and on a tape player, how to fire a gun, etc. Well when Dr. Logan is killed because he was using the dead ...
