Dr. Herbert West and Dr. Dan Cain are at it again!  When Dr. West gets the heart of Megan, Dr. Cain's girlfriend from the first film, they decide to rebuild her.  The two gather up body parts from the morgue and they piece her together and once they have completed that, they re-animate her with some terrible consequences. The movie opens with a war going on.  We see Dr. West and Dr. Cain seeing to the needs of the wounded.  When the soldiers break in we are taken to the hospital where it all began eight months ago.  Dr. West and Dr. Cain have found their way back there and Dr. West is at his old tricks again.  Meanwhile, a police officer is questioning what went on eight months ago.  The police officer questions Dr. Graves, who has found some of Dr. West's serum.  Dr. Graves re-animates Dr. Hill and Dr. Hill now has a new plan.  When the Lieutenant gets killed, he gets re-animated and teams up with Dr. Hill.  Together they unleash an army of the re-animated and they attack Dr. West, Dr. Cain, Dr. Cain's new girlfriend, and the re-animated Megan, leading up to the ultimate battle of ...
