A string of sorority co-ed mutilations are occurring in a small Oklahoma town.  In each case, the killer took one of the victims body parts and left a golden amulet.  The town sheriff, also trying to save his chances of re-election, decides to take the case.  His only clue is a story of an ancient witch coven known as the blood cult.  The sheriff must solve this case quickly and stop the bloody trail of murder from continuing. I really didn't like this film. It's pace is extremely slow and boring.  I kept on waiting for things to pick up but they never did.  One of the major culprits in the snail like pace of this movie is the story.  Plain and simple: It sucks.  All of the blood, gore and mutilations in this film couldn't make up for the dull characters and poor acting.  In terms of video and audio quality, it's all good and quite clear.  The Extras on this DVD really aren't anything special.  As you can see, there's a trailer, commentary and photo gallery.  Overall Standard DVD packaging for a substandard movie.  I give this DVD a 4/10.
